“I Think Therefore I AM”

Cleaning up, get laundry done, finalize work project, what’s for dinner…Are thoughts like these swirling around in your head? Thinking of what needs to be done sometimes outweighs thinking of what we need to feel good and accomplish our many tasks. On my twitter page at http://twitter.com/AngelaBLogan I often have positive thoughts, quotes and affirmations. Begin each day with a thought that will nurture and inspire you. Or make you laugh. Scientific researchers have proven that thoughts have a direct impact on physical and mental health. Religions confirm this as well, in the bible Solomon wrote in Proverbs 23:7 “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Your thoughts play a large role in your overall wellness. We can’t get away from thinking about our responsibilities. What we can do is start and end our day with positive thoughts. In order to achieve our goals we must think it, believe it, then achieve it. Think good thoughts today. I think that you are worth it!
